We at Skin Care are committed to providing products of exceptional quality to our customers. Skin Care takes care in ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our products and services, however, we understand that there are times when you may need to return a product. In this case, please review the following points if you want to return or exchange a product:
- Skin Care will NOT provide an exchange simply on the basis of change of mind. You must provide satisfactory proof of purchase and valid reason for exchange. In this case, the product that needs to be exchanged must be:
- In condition to be resold.
- Unused and packed in its original packaging.
- The exchange is sought within 7 Days of placement of order.
Note: Skin Care reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind.
- You may have rights to an exchange, if the product(s) received are faulty or damaged.
- Skin Care will require satisfactory proof of purchase and damages before providing an exchange. A photo must be provided to the Skin Careteam supporting the claim.
- The exchange will be made with the original product(s), not with any other product(s).
- Exchange is only applicable when the customer sends the product(s) back to Skin Care from a courier of their choosing.
- You will be responsible for the return of shipping and handling charges (Do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.)
- Products purchased on sale are not applicable to exchange.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
